Class Policy
At My Music Pro + Music Practice Partner (MPP), we value each student’s time and commitment.
To ensure a smooth and fair scheduling process for everyone, please review and follow our class policy below.
1. Rescheduling a Practice or Lesson
If a student needs to adjust a practice or lesson time, please notify our class assistant at least 24 hours in advance.
Due to teacher scheduling agreements, we strictly follow this policy.
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, we are unable to provide make-up lessons or credits.
2. Missed Lessons and Make-Up Options
If a student misses a lesson due to personal reasons, illness, or schedule conflicts, we cannot offer free make-ups or credits.
However, students may book a make-up time in advance to complete their remaining lessons.
For extended absences (such as vacations), we may provide special paid lesson options for flexibility if requested in advance.
3. Substitute Teachers
If the original teacher is unavailable for a make-up or rescheduled class, MPP will automatically assign a qualified substitute teacher to continue the student’s learning smoothly.
We will notify you whenever possible.
4. Monthly Plan Adjustments
Once a new billing cycle has begun, MPP cannot refund, transfer, or prorate tuition due to scheduling changes, withdrawal, or missed classes.
All class changes should be completed before the next billing cycle.
5. Holidays and Breaks
MPP does not hold regular or make-up lessons on the following holidays:

Thanksgiving (2 days): Thursday and Friday

6. Annual Lesson Count
MPP tuition is based on an annual average schedule, which already includes holidays and short teacher breaks.

Students taking lessons once a week will receive about 48 to 50 lessons per year.

Students taking lessons twice a week will receive about 96 to 100 lessons per year.
This schedule accounts for 2–4 weeks of holidays or studio breaks throughout the year.
While certain months may have fewer lessons due to holidays, the total number of lessons across the year remains consistent and fair for all students.
7. Agreement
By enrolling or continuing lessons with My Music Pro + Music Practice Partner, students and parents acknowledge and agree to comply with this Class Policy. This helps maintain fairness for all students, respect teachers’ schedules, and provide a consistent learning experience.
